Now this is the best toy ever. A must have for every american boy. How many presidents have action figures? Maybe Bill, but you had to show ID when buying his. I think I saw an Al Gore doll at Home Depot. It was called a two by four...

So this will be yet another way for the music industry to expose themselves as the sell outs they really are.
Could be good.

BBC NEWS | Science/Nature | Beagle glides solo towards Mars
I think this is just too cool. With every new probe that lands on mars we get one step closer to get a man and or woman to set foot on the planet so close yet so far away. I hope that there is enough spark of interest there to move this exploration to the day I will be able to watch on TV astronauts taking the first steps on the Mars landscape. I hope to live long enough to see it happen. I hope I don't live long enough for somebody on Fox TV to come out with a show exposing it as a major hoax. After all it is hard to find janitors and bus drivers laid off from NASA 2 years before the happening to testify that Mars landings are a Media Hype designed to fill the world with propaganda that the US was there first and the Russians are Johnny come lately. Oh wait.... That’s the moon.

WMD
I was just watching the ABC Primetime interview with President Bush. Besides the fact that I think Diane Sawyer needs to take some of that large amount of money she makes every year and buy a clue, I felt the interview was pretty good.
There is just one question I have. The press keeps bringing up these statistics that more than 50 percent of the American people think that there are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. They say it over and over like it must be so embarrassing to the administration that no evidence has been found. Here is the question. If they are wrong and weapon are found and if the weapons are far more than we ever thought possible, will they apologize or pretend that they never said that?

Good Day
Today I was a little shocked, surprised and relieved that Sadam was captured. He is now exposed for the fraud and coward he really is. I hope now that there is no question in anyone's mind that removing him from power was the right thing to do. It is one thing to be anti war. It is quite another to leave people suffering because we think it is not our problem.
I would like to say thank you to the solders that through bravery and commitment have been able to make this a success. May all of you find yourselves home soon with your families and friends.
My hopes and prayers go out to the people of Iraq. May they now have the freedom and hope that I have taken for granted most of my life.

I can't help but wonder why something like 12 years ago Clinton promissed to rid us of this problem. Good job Bill.

I find it funny that a download service that so obviously does not care about copyrights of items being traded, cares so much about a look a like infringing on their copyrights.
This is just another fine example of making money from litigation.

What is forgiveness
I have been wondering a lot lately about forgiveness. What is it? Why do I need to forgive? Is it possible to not only forgive and forget but forgive and not forget?
Personally I have been hurt in my life by various people. Who hasn't right? One person hurt me very deeply. Through time I forgave that person. I don't think I will ever forget what that person did. I can say this with all honesty though. I don't care. I don't care if that person ever tries to apologize or attempts to make up for it. I have been able to forgive that person because I have accepted that what they did was not meant to hurt me but to simply give self gratification. In other words it is his/hers problem not mine. At least not anymore. Is this a form of forgiveness? I don't know. I think it is.
At a point in my life I was part of a car accident in which a life was ended. For many years now I have asked myself a million times a day could I have done anything different, was I doing something wrong. I come to the answer many times the it simply could not be avoided. I was not speeding, not on drugs or alcohol and not not paying attention. The other person involved may have forgiven me, I don't really know. I have been told to forgive myself but for what exactly? I don't know. I survive I move on I live my life the best I can. I am bound to mess up once in a while. As others will mess me up sometimes.
Recently I have had the opportunity to observe a situation that has been lingering for years. The forgiveness process has happened over and over again. Apologies have been made and accepted by all the parties involved. It is unfortunate that these individuals still seem to carry a lot of guilt with them. Does this mean they really don't mean what they say? No, I don't think so. I don't think forgiveness alone is the answer to fixing everything. Something can't be fixed. Some people may not even want to fix them. Some people turn the pain inside and choose to carry that pain and suffering to the grave.
Anyway there is something to think about. My advice is to do this if nothing else. Always have an open hand and heart. Be willing to forgive. If you are then you will have forgiveness. And if sometimes along the way you find that someone does not want to forgive, just pray that someday their heart will soften. Peace will come.

Flake Employees
All Right what the #$#%$ is wrong with the work ethic today? Is somebody's word not good for anything?
My wife is a retail manager. I won't say for what store because I don't want to get sued or whacked in the night. LOL
She came home the other day and told me that she hired 5 employees for the season. She hired more but these five are all I am concerned about right now. These so called employees first begged her for a job and then when it was time to start working each one in turn did not even bother to show up. No calls. No notes. No nothing.
Oh sure it is after all only a temporary job to cover the holiday's. Right? Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU MAKE A PROMISE THEN YOU SHOULD KEEP IT!!! I don't want to hear any lame excuse or some sob story like you pet rock died. I want people to do what they say they will do. IS THAT REALLY TOO MUCH TO ASK? Honestly....
